My Background

I am a graduate student at Colorado Christian University pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My Approach & Philosophy

I enjoy working with people of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. My person-centered approach focuses on understanding each person’s unique experiences and integrating various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, to meet their needs.

I am also committed to offering support from a trauma-informed perspective because I believe in the importance of healing in a safe and nurturing environment. I am passionate about helping people grow emotionally and spiritually, and I find witnessing their holistic transformation and healing journey rewarding.
