I am deeply interested in your life story.

I am deeply interested in the life story that the person in front of me has to share. I have always had an innate desire to empathetically come alongside those who are struggling.

When someone asks for my support, I take the trust that has been put on me very seriously. There is a humbling presence when two people gather to share the trials and triumphs of life authentically. This sacred space allows us both to learn and grow from the experience.

I am passionate about personal development and existential questions regarding purpose in one’s life. For example, which goals are worth our while and how should we go about pursuing them? What does it mean to flourish and live fully, and what does it take to do so?

My Background

I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a bachelor’s in psychology in 2016, then continued my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2019. I am currently in the doctoral program working towards my Ph.D in Counselor Education and Advanced Supervision.

My Approach & Philosophy

In my previous work experience, I have explored the sense of crisis, the significance of sound decision-making, and the examination of one’s values. This naturally involved addressing feelings of anxiety, depression, dealing with interpersonal relationships, and women’s issues.

Healing and experiencing emotional freedom requires a whole-person approach. That is, to consider the emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual aspects. Please know that you will not be viewed based on a label but as a whole individual.

Personal growth comes from processing life transitions and past losses. This organically lends itself to living a fuller life – unimpaired by unresolved issues.

The hope for the outcome of our time together is for you to experience personal freedom and embrace the fullness of life. It is to empower you to attain your short – and long-term goals.
