Empowering Your Journey to Mental Wellness.

Navigating life’s difficulties can feel overwhelming and uncomfortable, and it is entirely understandable to feel this way. While talking to trusted friends or family members can provide comfort, expressing your true feelings and vulnerabilities may be challenging, as fear of being judged or criticized can hold you back.

My Background

I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2020 and earned my master’s in clinical mental health counseling in 2022. While earning my degree, I joined the team at 70 West Counseling, where I developed my counseling skills and acquired neurofeedback training. I then transitioned to a primary therapist role at an eating disorder hospital, which was an incredible learning experience that helped me grow my skills and knowledge. Now, I am back at 70 West Counseling, excited to serve a more diverse range of clients, helping to promote health and well-being in our community!

 My Approach & Philosophy

My counseling approach is to create a judgment-free, criticism-free environment where you feel
safe to be fully authentic and vulnerable while building a therapeutic relationship.
You may be wondering what a therapeutic relationship is. As a counselor, I deeply value therapeutic relationships where building trust, mutual respect, and empathy creates an
environment where you feel safe expressing yourself openly. My primary goal is to build that sacred space together, where I will walk alongside you to discover what is keeping you from living your best life.

Sharing your story in this sacred space often leads to deeper insights and personal growth.
Together, we will brainstorm ideas to find the right solutions, helping guide you on your path to understanding and healing with the knowledge and tools I have gained through my education and experience.

Over the years, I have had the experience and privilege of working with individuals, families, and people of all ages, individually and in groups. I have seen how this collaborative approach can lead to meaningful growth and healing. Remember, you are not alone in this process—I am here to walk beside you every step of the way.
