I believe in helping people live the best life possible—one that aligns with who they truly are.
I’ve always been drawn to the deeper questions of life—what truly matters, what it means to live well, and how we can grow even in the face of pain. My passion is to help individuals discover a greater understanding of themselves and take meaningful steps toward the life they long to live. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, family concerns, or life transitions, I offer a compassionate and honest space where you can explore your inner world and begin creating lasting change.
Supporting Growth, Resilience, and Purpose
I believe people thrive when they understand themselves and live in alignment with what matters most. Therapy is a space to explore the deeper thoughts, feelings, and dreams that don’t always fit into everyday conversations. It’s where you can speak freely, be truly heard, and find meaningful direction.
I work with adolescents through older adults and especially enjoy helping individuals navigate aging, transitions, and personal growth. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, relationship struggles, or identity questions, I offer a supportive and grounded place to explore and move forward.
My Background
Before becoming a therapist, I had a long career in information technology and data analytics. As my Christian faith deepened, I felt called to shift my focus from systems to people. I earned my MA in Counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2021 and have since worked in clinical settings including the Eating Recovery Center, where I gained specialized experience with eating disorders.
I’ve completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and continue to develop a framework for helping couples recover after infidelity. Ongoing learning is central to my work—especially around helping clients and couples navigate complexity with honesty and hope.
My Approach & Philosophy
I take a whole-person perspective: our emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational health are deeply connected. Sometimes the best way forward starts with a small step—reaching out, exercising, or having a conversation we’ve avoided. These moments can spark real momentum.
My style is flexible. Some clients want clear goals and direct feedback, while others need open-ended space to reflect and explore. I adjust to meet you where you are. I also enjoy using narrative therapy to help clients make sense of life transitions and define their next chapter.
