Rates & Insurance

In-network insurance plans are billed at our standard service rate, and you are responsible for paying the amount not covered by your plan, or what is commonly termed the “co-pay.” Please remember that some plans require your deductible to be met before your insurance can reimburse us for services. If so, your fee will be based on the “contracted rate” with your specific insurance plan. We will assist you with understanding your fees based on your insurance plan.

We can provide you with a superbill/receipt if you want to seek reimbursement for out-of-network services with other insurance carriers not listed. Fees are due at the time of service and will be charged to the card on file in your electronic medical record.

If you do not have insurance and cannot afford services, we offer a sliding fee scale based on annual income. If you have questions about our accepted insurance plans and fees, please call our office at (720) 898-3208 or complete our Contact Form.

If you are interested in neurofeedback, many insurance plans cover a portion of the recommended minimum of twenty sessions and pay for the treatment’s therapy component.

 Sliding Scale

At 70 West Counseling, we believe your socioeconomic status should never interfere with your ability to obtain effective counseling for individuals, children, and families. Therefore, we offer a sliding scale for those who would otherwise be unable to afford counseling. Sliding scale fees are based on total household income and the counselor’s credentials.
